Hello, I am Shweta Soni — a passionate, evolving Career Counsellor with over 12 years of diverse professional experience across both the corporate and education sectors.

My academic journey — from a degree in Mathematics to a Master’s in Education Management further narrowing to a specialization  in Career Analysis— has shaped my ability to think critically, solve problems, and understand diverse learning needs. With this, I bring both analytical and educational depth to my counselling approach.

While in the education sector, I gained firsthand insight into the needs and challenges of students, parents, and institutions. This experience helped me understand the real concerns and aspirations behind career choices, inspiring me to provide guidance and solutions that truly make a difference. Prior to that, in the corporate sector, I developed a deep understanding of industry expectations, workplace dynamics, and the real-world challenges professionals’ face.

My analysis is equipped with scientific assessment tools to offer data-driven and personalized career guidance.
